Privacy Policy

1Introduction
At wager.top, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.
2Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Wallet addresses you connect to the Platform
- Email address (if you subscribe to updates)
- Telegram handle (if you enable notifications)
- Trading preferences and settings
- Optional automation data (if enabled): an encrypted “burner wallet” key used only for Auto mode
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address and general location
- Usage data and analytics (consent-gated — see Section 7)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7 for what is essential vs. consent-based)
3How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Send you alerts and notifications you've requested
- Improve and optimize the Platform
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Regular security audits
- Access controls and authentication
Important: We never store your main wallet private keys. In standard (non-custodial) mode, all swaps require you to explicitly sign in your wallet. If you opt into optional automation features that use a separate “burner” wallet, the burner wallet key is stored encrypted at rest so the bot can sign trades for that burner wallet only.
5Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Platform
- Law enforcement when required by law
- Analytics providers (in anonymized form)
6Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt-out of marketing communications
- Export your data in a portable format
7Analytics, Cookies & Consent
7.1 Our consent model
No analytics cookies are set and no third-party analytics script loads before you consent. Before any decision, measurement is cookieless and anonymous: nothing is stored on your device, and the session identity lives only in memory for that visit. You choose per category — product analytics and session replay — via the consent banner or Settings → Privacy & analytics. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately, and every decision is recorded with a timestamp and policy version as proof. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as a standing opt-out.
7.2 Analytics processors (only with your consent)
- PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt) — product analytics; anonymous cookieless events before consent, device storage only after you allow analytics
- Google Analytics 4 — loads only after you allow analytics; runs under Consent Mode v2 with advertising signals permanently denied
- Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps, only after you allow session replay; strict text masking is enabled
Analytics never receives your wallet address or email. When you are signed in, analytics uses an opaque random reference that cannot be converted back to your wallet.
7.3 Essential & functional storage (no consent required)
session_token— keeps you signed in (essential)wt_guest_id— syncs your XP, streaks and watchlist across visits (functional; never shared with analytics providers)wt_consent— remembers your consent choices
You can additionally control all cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Platform to function properly.
8Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
9Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
